Session Summary: The session will take a holistic approach to examine the current state of ESG -- covering its origins, evolution, and market environment in 2023. The session will also review key recent developments, including legislative and regulatory guardrails at the national and state level, thematic focus areas for investors and investment managers, and trends in the space. The session is appropriate for new trustees seeking a primer on ESG as well as seasoned trustees looking for a deeper dive on ESG application to investment.
