Session Summary: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) has been a trending issue for U.S. institutional investors for several years now.  Indeed, in 2020, $17.1 trillion in U.S. assets were chosen according to ESG criteria, up from $12 trillion in 2018.  But is it right for your plan?  This session will provide an overview of the ESG marketplace, identify strategies that U.S. public plans have implemented and provide a framework for evaluating performance in order to help plan sponsors considering incorporating ESG into their investment portfolios.
