Session Summary: This session will discuss the current state of securities fraud litigation, specifically focusing on recent trends that we are seeing in the securities litigation field. In this regard, we will discuss trends in the types of cases we are seeing and how the cases are being litigated and defended by defendants. We will also discuss what we see in the courts, including the Supreme Court’s present attention on securities fraud cases and the potential impact on public pension funds.
