Anthony Madera

Anthony “Tony” Madera is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant on Gallagher’s retirement plan consulting team.  Tony has worked in the retirement industry since 1992. Working for Prudential Financial from 1992 to 2006 and with Gallagher since 2007.

He is well respected within the retirement industry and among his clients, colleagues, and peers for his dedication to ensuring his clients are doing everything they can to offer their employees the ability to save for retirement and provide them with fiduciary oversight and support.

Tony is adept in the execution of vendor management, retirement plan and fee analysis, plan design, investment monitoring, fiduciary oversight, employee education, and the development of participant communications.

Tony has over 32 years of retirement plan experience and has received the following awards *:

  • Plan Advisor Top 100 Retirement Advisors in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014
  • Top 300 Most Influential in the Defined Contribution Industry in 2010

Tony earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA, and his Masters of Business Administration from Wilkes University. He’s also earned the designation of PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC).

Christopher Reynolds, CRPF™, CIMA, CEBS, CPP

Chris has worked in the investment industry for more than 30 years. He has held senior positions with RiskBridge Advisors, Cornerstone Investment Partners, Rigel Capital, LLC, Atlanta Capital Management Company, LLC, and Barclays Global Investors to name a few. He is an active member of many industry associations such as the Georgia Association of Public Pension Trustees (GAPPT), Florida Public Pension Trustee Association (FPPTA), Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and the Southern Employee Benefits Conference (SEBC). Chris earned both a Bachelor of General Studies and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Retirement Plan Fiduciary (CRPF), Certified Public Pension Trustee (CPPT), and the Chartered Pension Professional (CPP) designations. Chris has been active in his community having served on numerous for profit and non-profit boards.

Kerry Sette

Kerry Sette, Vice President, leads consumer insights and research for Voya Financial.  She specializes in strategic brand research, and cultural and consumer insight with over 20 years of in-depth experience across all phases of international qualitative and quantitative research.  She began her career at Y&R (WPP) specializing in brand evaluation and strategy leading the world’s largest global brand study in over 40 countries. Sette later worked for an international consulting firm where she professionally moderated and conducted multi-country qualitative research studies in over 20 countries. Next, for over a decade she led large teams of insights specialists and brand planners for Hill Holliday and then Ogilvy as EVP for North America reporting to the CEO. Sette has been quoted by Ad Age and Bloomberg Businessweek for using innovative techniques within her qualitative work.  She is an expert in all types of research ranging from consumer segmentation, advertising testing, brand tracking, discrete choice/conjoint, traditional/digital/social media measurement, PR/thought leadership to ethnography. Sette serves on the board of the National Down Syndrome Society as well as Hofstra University’s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.  Sette is a graduate of Hofstra University, where she received her master’s degree with High Distinction in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Patrick Harris

Patrick is a Managing Director at the IRA Group. He has been in the institutional retirement advisory industry for 10 years. He graduated from Rhodes College in 2014 before beginning his career as a Research & Reporting Analyst at the IRA Group in Atlanta. After two years, he was promoted to Director of Institutional Advisory Services. He left the IRA Group in 2019 after Patrick and his wife, Jessica, relocated to Charlotte, NC. After working for two large advisory firms and moving back to Atlanta, Patrick re-joined the IRA Group as a Managing Director in 2024. Patrick and Jessica have two daughters, Charlotte (1) and Elizabeth (3). In his spare time, Patrick enjoys cycling, watching Atlanta United, following the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time in the outdoors.
