Session Summary: The retirement plan landscape continues to evolve, and recent developments in federal and state law will affect all governmental plans, including defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans and 457(b) plans. This presentation will cover the legislation and recent developments that impact governmental plans, including changes in Georgia law, federal law, IRS compliance, and recent litigation.
