Summary: Given the increased focus and scrutiny of 457 and 401a plans, this session will cover what you need to know about prudent fiduciary oversight of deferred compensation and defined contribution plans.  The session will cover topics such as: who is a fiduciary, carrying out fiduciary duties, monitoring plan fees and best practices when executing a recordkeeper search.
