In the context of securities class action litigation, trustees (i.e., fiduciaries) evaluate several potential courses of action, including active pursuit of lead plaintiff status in pending cases. This session discusses the factors trustees should consider when making the important choice of selecting a securities litigation strategy on behalf of a pension plan.
